What We Do
Compass – Finances God’s Way, Texas, connects church leaders together in small discussion groups to share best practices, problem solve and encourage one another. Ten local discussion groups typically meet every other month around the DFW area. We coordinate these local meetings to make it convenient for leaders to attend.
Compass – Finances God’s Way actively promotes Christ focused stewardship and generosity material that best suits the needs of the local church.
By providing regular opportunities for leaders to share best practices, we see elevated levels of success. This means greater generosity to fund the mission of the church. God uses the local church to reach the world and we want to help them succeed.
As of February 2020, over fifty churches in DFW and ten churches in Houston actively participate in Round Table discussions. The combined weekly attendance of participating churches numbers over 175,000 people.
Here’s What You’ll Get When You Sign Up For a Round Table Group
- An invitation to a Round Table discussion group with your peers every second month.
- Access to a verified certified Kingdom Advisor.
- Access to a restricted members area on our website where we use the use the data from these Round Table discussion groups to create best practice documents to assist church leaders in the area of Financial discipleship and to be develop a culture of generosity at their local churches.
We are currently exploring virtual Round Table Groups for church leaders interested in attending but are unable to due to their physical location.

"I always walk away with a new idea or new procedure that I can implement"
I always look forward to our gatherings of the Stewardship and Generosity Round Table. I always walk away with a new idea or new procedure that I can implement at our church to encourage radical generosity in our people. “
Mike Wierick (Lead Pastor of Operations, Fielder Church, Arlington, TX)
“The Financial Discipleship and Generosity Roundtable has provided a much-needed boost to my ministry"
“The Financial Discipleship and Generosity Roundtable has provided a much-needed boost to my ministry. The diverse cohort of ministry peers has taught me best practices and inspired me to try new approaches to reach more people with the message of biblical stewardship. I whole-heartedly recommend participating in these discussions if you value stewardship as an essential, timely, and Christ-honoring endeavor.”
